We are thrilled to introduce SWAP Investment and Property Management Group.  SWAP is a vibrant company that aims to provide “world class” property management services to property owners and tenants, and investment opportunities (including real estate acquisitions) to ordinary individuals.  We can proudly say that, we are the only property management firm that is all about “Securing Wealth for the Average Person.”

Property Management

SWAP provides general management services as well as customized management services based on individual association needs.  The general management services that we provide include Fiscal, Administrative and Property Maintenance.

Investment

SWAP Investment Group’s primary focus is to provide ordinary individuals with the ability to participate in attractive investment opportunities without risking a lot.  Individual investments are pooled and then collectively invested on a much larger scale.  Funds collected from investors are mainly invested in real estate, franchises, and certain educational ventures in the form of secured loans.
