Investment Club
SWAP Investment Group is a newly formed organization whose primary focus is to provide ordinary individuals with the ability to participate in attractive investment opportunities without risking a lot. Individual investments are pooled and then collectively invested on a much larger scale. Funds collected from investors are mainly invested in real estate, franchises and certain educational ventures in the form of secured loans. Investment in these ventures follows a four step process:
- A general investment opportunity is presented with its estimated funding cost, time, and the estimated rate of return on the prospective investment opportunity.
- Investors would then submit their individual commitments online no later than five days after being presented with an investment opportunity.
- Based upon the level of commitments received, a determination is made as to whether to move forward or not with the current opportunity.
- If a decision is made to move forward, contracts are drawn up and funding is requested. Note: if the decision is made not to move forward with the project, already collected funds will be returned within two business days.
