SWAP Investment Group and its board of directors continue to look at investment opportunities and ventures in the areas of real estate, franchising and the education arena. These areas of interest were selected because of their great income potential, level of collateral, and for most part, their resulting contribution to the communities in which we live.
Given the current market condition, SWAP Investment Group believes it is best to seek out investment opportunities in the real estate market. Real estate prices are down. Investors are eagerly seeking financing. However, the banks are not lending. This creates an opportunity for SWAP Investment Group to finance a few well researched real estate deals at very profitable rate of returns. It is for this reason that SWAP has concentrated its efforts in the real estate market. All investments made in real estate will be collateralized by the underlying asset being financed. The following are the deals we are pursuing:
Project Commencement
According to research conducted, the company believes that there are great real estate opportunities in boroughs of Bronx and Brooklyn, NY and the city of Newark, New Jersey. These areas are currently going through a rebuilding phase. As a result, investors are encouraged to help with this rebirth. Our goal is to acquire two properties within the Bronx, Brooklyn, or Newark, NJ over the next six months. Although a specific property has yet to be identified, we are confident that investors will yield in excess of five percent on any funds invested in this project. It is the company’s goal to have investors repaid as soon of possible. As a result, investors may choose to enter into a one, two, or three year loan agreement with SWAP Investment and Property Management Group.
