Portfolio Updates

We are still in the process of collecting data on Project New Jersey.  However, the management team of SWAP Investment and Property Management Group are very excited about this project. We believe that this opportunity will be a win-win for the company and its investors. We anticipate concluding the data compilation phase before mid-June 2011 and have a formal presentation to our investors by that time. Shortly after making the presentation, it is our expectation that the funding of this project will commence.
